A generalist HR practitioner with over a decade of experience in the functions of Human Resource Management and Development. Prior to joining the Institute, she worked in consulting and functional HR capacities in the Insurance, Agro-Processing, Communications, and Hospitality sectors.
Naa believes in churning out a high standard for every task or project she undertakes and commits effort, processes, and the operations of her team to such standards. She has worked on several projects including the development and implementation of performance management systems, leading negotiations on staff conditions of service, development and implementation of retention strategies and plans, and executing of several talent acquisition projects.
She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management, Ghana (CIHRM, Ghana) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, UK (CIPD). She holds a master’s degree in human resource management and development from the University of Leicester and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Ghana.
