Emmanuel Dankwah (Financial Economist and Data Analyst)

Emmanuel leads the Research and Consulting Department of the Institute. Emmanuel leads the Institute’s research initiatives, publications and consulting projections.

Prior to joining the Institute, he was a Branch Manager for Equity Savings and Loans where he led the Branch’s operations and business development initiatives. Emmanuel was also the lead analyst for InvestCap Global Analytics, a research and data analytics firm.

Emmanuel holds Master of Science Degree in Financial Economics from The Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from the University of Ghana.

Emmanuel has also undergone training in Data Analytics. He has the competence in the application of key analytical tools like Python, R, Power Bi, Tableau and SQL for data analysis.

Emmanuel is very passionate about financial literacy and has been involved in several financial literacy programmes. He is the convener of the ‘Financial Liberty Clinic’ and ‘Emmanuel Dankwah Corporate and Career Mentorship Programme‘ in Ghana.
