She is currently the Head of Professional Education and Curriculum Development at Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana.

Before her appointment at Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghan, she was a Lecturer at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), Ghana in the Department of Banking and Finance.

She is a Co-author of two banking textbooks, “Elements of Banking and Fundamentals of Modern Banking- Operations and Ethics”.

She is a Chartered Banker, holds a First Degree in Education, an MBA in Finance, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration.

Her field of Specialisation is Development Finance with an emphasis on Microfinance and Banking. She owns a series of publications in this field.

As an Educationist she also specialised in developing banking courses and certification programmes.

She is passionate about educating individuals to have the knowledge and capability to make well-informed decisions and utilization of financial services and products.

She is enthusiastic about child evangelism and Sunday school.
