The Head of Research and Consultancy spearheads activities related to research and consulting of the Institute. The department’s main objective is to position the Institute as a highly respected professional body and thought leader on both local and international stages.

Essential responsibilities of the role include:

• Securing research and consulting projects by actively seeking out research and
  consulting assignments and assisting or leading their successful execution.
• Providing thought leadership for the banking and financial services community and other
  stakeholders.
• Identifying research needs, scanning macro and financial sector landscape for pressing issues
  that warrant in-depth research by the Institute.
